Transaction Network Services (TNS)

• Design, implementation, and support for infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible. • Plan, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure aligned to business objectives, performance, security, and availability requirements. • Work with interdisciplinary teams to develop optimal cloud based solutions (Design, Build, Deploy) • Maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of AWS infrastructure • Provide environmental analysis and recommend performant solutions • Continuous improvement of service delivery to internal and external customers • Evangelize process automation where at all possible • Create, maintain, and improve documentation for processes, architecture, or other infrastructure elements

• Serve as Scrum Master ensuring effective adoption of SAFe Agile practices • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) • Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement • Partner closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and delivery • Track and manage work using Jira, ensuring accurate backlog hygiene and reporting • Support program-level coordination within a SAFe Agile environment

• Responsible for developing and implementing account-specific strategies and plans to maximize revenue growth across the product portfolio within assigned accounts • Leads the formulation of solutions based on customers’ business and technology requirements, and prioritizes activities and resources accordingly with the product and technical teams • Drives creation of customer proposals and complex contract negotiations to successful closure, resolving issues with customer and internal teams • Leads the sales process, managing the needed resources to provide create and deliver expert presentations, technical preparation and integration analysis, proposal development and delivery, collateral development, etc. • Ensure all key technical decision makers understand how our products and services work, how they affect their business and infrastructure, and that they are comfortable and supportive of the solution, deployment and integration plans • Author, compile, and deliver technical documentation as needed to describe the proposed solutions or enhancements through to implementation • Manage the development and delivery of technical sales and marketing materials • Facilitate ongoing revenue forecasting and business reviews

• Own the Sales Cycle with Precision: Lead end-to-end sales engagements—from prospecting to close—targeting annual revenue contributions and maintaining win rates across qualified payment solution opportunities. • Deliver Client Value Through Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver tailored payment solutions that achieve client satisfaction scores and renewal rates. • Influence the Payments Ecosystem: Represent TNS at industry events and client meetings, contributing to an increase in brand visibility and inbound interest from payment processors, acquirers, and enterprise merchants. • Accelerate Revenue Growth: Convert qualified leads into closed-won deals, contributing directly to quarterly revenue goals and maintaining a pipeline revenue to support results. • Lead Strategic Sales Engagements: Conduct high-impact meetings and presentations that result in proposal acceptance, especially for complex payment infrastructure solutions. • Build Trust & Loyalty: Capture actionable feedback and foster long-term relationships, leading to client retention across strategic accounts. • Negotiate & Win: Overcome objections and craft compelling business cases that result in a competitive win rate in multi-vendor RFP scenarios. • Execute Campaigns with Precision: Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver campaigns that exceed performance benchmarks and generate targets ROIs.

• Monitor and respond to multiple channels of customer communication including chat, email, and phone. • Accurately entering/updating tickets into a ticketing system, assigning the tickets per a documented schedule or process, and calling technicians as required to support issues. • Support the following types of calls, questions, or tickets (not all-inclusive): IT Desktop Applications (ex. Outlook, Microsoft Office, VPN software, Windows/MAC OS), IT Infrastructure (ex. telephones, network/internet connectivity), Customer Service Requests (ex. password resets, VPN token resets, service questions), Application Troubleshooting. • Production and Non-Production environment platform monitoring for alarms and performance issues on systems, applications, databases and network/customer connectivity. • Manage alarm events and technical application issues – creating, modifying, troubleshooting and closing trouble tickets and routing issues to appropriate teams or vendors to be investigated and aid wherever needed or requested.

• Lead a team of database development engineers and serve as a hands-on contributor to deliver complex solutions and projects • Design, implement, and maintain Oracle databases and AWS-native data services (e.g., RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, Redshift) • Lead data migration and modernization efforts from on-premises to AWS • Develop and optimize data models for transactional (OLTP) and analytical (OLAP) workloads • Implement high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies using RMAN, Data Guard, and AWS Backup • Drive performance tuning, capacity planning, scalability, and security hardening of data platforms • Mentor, manage performance, ensure coding standards, and act as a hands-on technical expert for complex issues • Plan, prioritize, and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with product roadmaps • Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Operations teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions. • Monitor and troubleshoot data infrastructure using CloudWatch, Performance Insights, and other observability tools • Manage and participate in production support, incident response, root-cause analysis, and long-term problem remediation.

• Support sales team in strategic deals for new and existing clients • Create client success programs for key accounts and assist sales members • Support sales activity to help win new business and facilitate a smooth handover to the operations team • Assist in closing opportunities with existing accounts and fostering relationships of high-profile accounts within the Financial Markets Division • Act as the primary point of contact for all client requests, technical matters, and new business inquiries in a pre-defined set of accounts • Assist in the account management of listed accounts within the team • Focus on revenue retention • Direct involvement in client facing revenue generating projects to recognize revenue and billing as quickly as possible • Assist with client’s legal inquiries (including contracts updates, name changes, NDAs, etc.) • Establish specific schedules for client communication and enabling sales for the North America Team • Work with sales management, legal and logistics to negotiate commercial terms in Master Services Agreements and Service Orders.
