Responsibilities As a Staff Software Engineer, you will provide the technical leadership and architectural vision for our Productivity squad. The Engineering Productivity team acts as a force multiplier for Airwallex, and you will be responsible for defining domain-level strategies that influence our global engineering organization. This role involves working closely with leadership to accelerate the delivery of AI-driven tooling and global CI/CD optimization. Main Responsibilities - Design, build and maintain reports. - Analyse, organise and combine raw information and data from various sources and transform it into a usable format for reporting. - Interpret trends and patterns. - Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues within reports and data. - Collaborate with other teams and customers to gather requirements. - Evaluate business needs and identify opportunities for process improvements. - Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability. - Conduct complex data analysis and report on results. - Other duties as assigned.
