Role Description This reporting developer position is a role within our Reporting team whereby you’ll use your knowledge and experience to design, create and implement reports using our in-house reporting software Orchestrate. Main Responsibilities - Design, build and maintain reports. - Analyse, organise and combine raw information and data from various sources and transform it into a usable format for reporting. - Interpret trends and patterns. - Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues within reports and data. - Collaborate with other teams and customers to gather requirements. - Evaluate business needs and identify opportunities for process improvements. - Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability. - Conduct complex data analysis and report on results. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Previous experience as a reporting developer or in a similar role. - Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. C#, Web services, Jscript.NET, Javascript). - Hands-on experience with SQL Server. - Great numerical and analytical skills. - Advantageous (but full training will be given to the right candidate): - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related discipline. - Previous experience using reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, SSRS. - Knowledge of Wealth Management industry. - Knowledge of Investment Management software. - Knowledge of XML, XSLT. • Serve as first point of contact for workflow failures and system errors across client environments. • Monitor daily error reports, triage issues, and manage items on support boards. • Resolve known technical issues using SOPs and escalate complex cases to senior teams. • Manage and monitor data workflows between integrated systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency. • Identify recurring issues and support development of SOPs to improve efficiency and reduce escalations. • Act as liaison between internal teams and external technology partners, ensuring alignment and progress. • Track integration and development projects, maintain visibility, and proactively follow up on open items. • Maintain and update project trackers, flag blockers, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. • Create and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, process guides, and resolution libraries. • Conduct API investigations, including reviewing documentation, mapping data fields, and preparing technical briefs. • Perform preliminary scoping work for integration projects, reducing dependency on senior developers. • Support internal API and tooling projects, including testing integrations and improving system connections. • Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows, processes, and system performance.

• Desarrollar extensiones y customizaciones en AL Language según los requerimientos funcionales del proyecto • Analizar procesos de negocio junto al equipo funcional y proponer soluciones técnicas dentro de la plataforma • Diseñar e implementar integraciones entre Business Central y sistemas externos como plataformas de e-commerce, CRMs, bancos o ERPs complementarios • Configurar y adaptar módulos estándar de BC (finanzas, compras, ventas, inventario, proyectos) a las necesidades del cliente • Desarrollar reportes personalizados en RDLC o Word Layout para cubrir necesidades específicas de cada organización • Participar en sesiones de relevamiento y workshops con el cliente para entender flujos y validar soluciones • Ejecutar pruebas unitarias y de integración garantizando la estabilidad del sistema antes de cada despliegue • Documentar desarrollos, integraciones y configuraciones para asegurar la trazabilidad y el mantenimiento futuro • Colaborar en la resolución de incidentes en ambientes productivos con foco en tiempos de respuesta y calidad
