Your role at DynatraceHere at Dynatrace, the Senior Proposal Management Analyst – Knowledge Management is an experienced individual contributor within Dynatrace’s Global Proposal Team. This role owns defined areas of knowledge management and content quality within Responsive (RFPIO), enabling efficient, compliant, and high-quality proposal, questionnaire, and RFP responses. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy within established processes and supports continuous improvement across proposal operations. This position is remote within the United States. The role will be hybrid for candidates residing in or near Boston, Denver, or Detroit (working in the office two to three times per week, Tuesday through Thursday). What you will be doing: - Own and curate defined content domains within Responsive (RFPIO), including Product, Security, Commercial, Services, or Regional content. - Ensure proposal content is accurate, current, approved, and aligned with Dynatrace messaging, branding, and compliance standards. - Manage content lifecycle activities, including reviews, updates, versioning, and retirement. - Optimize tagging, metadata, and content structure to improve searchability, reuse, and the quality of AI-generated responses. - Identify content gaps, redundancies, and quality issues while partnering with SMEs to resolve them. - Anticipate content needs during RFP intake and advise Proposal Managers on reuse strategies. - Incorporate feedback and win/loss learnings into the knowledge base. - Serve as a subject matter resource for Responsive content usage and best practices. - Execute and help operationalize proposal SOPs and governance standards. - Champion responsible and consistent use of AI-enabled features in Responsive. - Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements. - Support onboarding and enablement of new users focused on content discovery and reuse. - Partner regularly with key stakeholders across the business. - Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure local content is captured and maintained. - Mentor and guide team members on content and tool usage. What will help you succeedMinimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. - At least 1 year of hands-on experience with content management within Responsive (RFPIO) or similar proposal management platforms. - Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. - Knowledge management or content governance background. - Experience working with AI-assisted proposal tools. - Ability to work independently with limited supervision. - Exercises sound judgment within established frameworks and escalates appropriately. Focus on operational excellence, efficiency, and quality across proposal operations. Preferred Qualifications: - SaaS or enterprise technology experience. - Global or regional proposal management exposure. - Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, or sales operations. - Experience improving proposal workflows, governance, and content reuse strategies. Compensation and Rewards - The base salary range for this role is $91,000 - $105,000.
