• Monitor monthly sales, revenue, and expenses • Ensure alignment between sales orders, invoices, and deliveries • Follow up on missing invoices, documents, and payments • Record and track expenses on a regular basis • Support maintaining accurate data in Odoo (Accounting & CRM) • Coordinate with the team to ensure tasks and financial data are up to date • Prepare simple reports on revenue, expenses, and activity status • Assist in organizing documents for accounting, VAT, and audits
Data Center Design & Assessment Consultant – Part-Time, Contract

• Assess current data center environments and provide improvement recommendations (power, cooling, racks, cabling, layout, monitoring, resilience, safety). • Review existing documentation and produce clear deliverables (assessment reports, risk findings, action plans). • Support redesign of our data center support/service lines (scope of services, checklists, SLAs, maintenance plans, commissioning/handover templates). • Create high-level and detailed diagrams (single-site / dual-site options, redundancy, topology). • Provide BOQ/quantity guidance and vendor-neutral recommendations; support proposal/tender documentation when needed. • Align recommendations to international standards and good practice (e.g., Uptime concepts, TIA-942, ISO/IEC 22237, ASHRAE).
• Advise on EPC + Finance deal structures for industrial and infrastructure projects • Support project bankability assessment (risk, guarantees, cash flow logic) • Review and comment on LOIs, MOUs, EPC contracts, and financing structures • Participate in selected calls or meetings with EPC contractors, lenders, or project owners • Advise on guarantees (sovereign, bank, escrow, offtake) and risk mitigation • Support alignment between project owners, EPCs, and financing parties
• Prepare and update accounting records in Odoo before accountant review • Organize and verify invoices, expenses, delivery notes, and POs • Follow up on missing financial documents and maintain basic trackers • Act as the link between operations and finance to keep data accurate and timely • Collect daily/weekly updates and track tasks in Microsoft Planner • Monitor deadlines, delayed items, and follow up until closure • Update selected CRM data and generate simple activity/delay reports • Schedule and coordinate meetings; take notes and track action items • Manage the CEO’s calendar, advise on availability, and help prioritize meetings • Prepare brief summaries, task lists, and simple internal documents as needed
• Own the client journey after deal confirmation, ensuring visibility, follow-up, execution tracking, and customer satisfaction through structured CRM usage, coordination, and reporting. • Track deal progress, customer activity, delivery status, and open actions. • Provide regular, clear summaries highlighting progress, delays, inactive clients, and unresolved items. • Use CRM data to turn activity into insights and priorities. • Act as the main coordination point for clients after confirmation. • Communicate execution status, timelines, and changes to customers. • Track delivery progress and follow up on payments or discrepancies. • Handle post-confirmation documentation such as contracts or formal letters when required. • Prepare structured updates covering deals, clients, execution, and issues. • Analyze client behavior to identify active, inactive, and under-engaged customers.
• Lead the creation and setup of our SOC team from the ground up. • Define team roles and responsibilities, and recruit initial team members. • Develop and validate operational processes, including monitoring, incident response, and client communication. • Ensure the SOC meets high standards of service and aligns with client needs.
