Role Description Connection has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with Microsoft 365 expertise to lead a large-scale enterprise migration and transformation initiative. This role will oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple teams and vendors, driving requirements, execution, governance, and change management. It is a remote position but needs to be able to travel to the San Fran office on average one week per month (all expenses paid). Responsibilities - Lead and manage a portfolio of M365 migration projects, ensuring delivery, stakeholder alignment, and risk management. - Analyze current environments including shared drives, personal storage, Active Directory (on-prem & Entra), and licensing to define migration strategy. - Design and implement SharePoint and OneDrive architecture, including data structure, permissions, and governance policies. - Oversee migration of file shares, user data, and dependent applications to Microsoft 365 using appropriate tools and methodologies. - Drive change management and user adoption, including communication plans, training, and support models. - Optimize Microsoft 365 licensing, storage, security, and compliance policies post-migration. - Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution with minimal business disruption. - Establish documentation, operational processes, and long-term support models, including system decommissioning and handoff. Qualifications - 8+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience. - Proven experience leading enterprise Microsoft 365 migrations (SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID/Azure AD). - Strong knowledge of data migration, identity management, and cloud governance. - Experience with change management, training, and user adoption strategies. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Preferred - Experience in public sector or healthcare environments. - Familiarity with compliance, data retention, and security policies. - PMP, Agile, or Microsoft certifications. Develop design concepts for design of new or expansion/renovation of existing treatment facilities. - Prepare, or manage via third party consulting firms, the preparation of technical, permitting, bidding, and contractual documents associated with delivery of assigned capital investment projects. Oversee scope and quality of work to achieve the intent of all design concepts and Company standards for capacity, performance, reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance. Serve as technical resource during construction, commissioning, and initial operation of assets. - Develop proficiency in matters within assigned discipline, including technical design, maintenance, asset management and operations. - Contribute to the development of Engineering Standards, specifications, and equipment manufacturer recommendations to support initiatives established by the Engineering Directors. - Participate in special assignments including professional conferences, business development, technology research and other matters of strategic interest to the Company.
