• Act as liaison with our Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), reviewing Tier 1/2 alert summaries, validating findings with organizational context, and facilitating escalations for hands-on resolution • Conduct real-time troubleshooting, log analysis, endpoint forensics, and containment actions on internal systems using tools like MS Defender, Wiz, and Tenable • Participate in incident response activities, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders and proper documentation of security events • Support our endpoint security solutions, including EDR solutions across the enterprise • Monitor endpoint compliance, investigate agent health issues, and coordinate remediation with IT teams • Perform regular health checks, updates, and optimization of security agents to ensure maximum coverage and performance across all organizational assets • Generate compliance reports, executive briefings, and threat intelligence summaries for leadership and cross-functional teams (IT, Legal, Governance, Program Security)

• Own and maintain multiple enterprise applications deployed in AWS GovCloud environment • Support and modernize client-server applications utilizing OpenWebStart/Java Web Start technology • Design, develop, and optimize software solutions using C++, Java, and Scala • Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases for enterprise-scale applications • Perform Linux system administration tasks including server configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting • Ensure applications meet security and compliance requirements for government cloud environments • Monitor system performance, implement automation, and maintain system security • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions • Implement best practices for cloud-native application development and deployment • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the application stack and infrastructure

• Administer and support engineering software applications including Creo, Matlab, Hexagon, and Thermal Desktop • Manage software licensing, installations, updates, and patches • Provide tier 2/3 technical support to engineering users • Troubleshoot application performance issues and user access problems • Manage and maintain HPC clusters for compute-intensive engineering workloads • Administer Windows and Linux server environments • Support hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premises data centers and AWS GovCloud • Implement monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery procedures • Ensure compliance with security policies and GovCloud requirements • Optimize system performance and resource utilization • Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations

• Perform end-to-end space and ground system security assessments, control implementation, and development of mitigation plans; support the concept of operations, system architecture and design, integration and test environments, and continuous monitoring. • Develop system security implementation plans and means of meeting security reporting requirements. • Develop policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with NIST standards (e.g., NIST 800-53/800-171) and industry best practices. • Perform risk-based security assessments, identify appropriate control and mitigation strategies, and derive and allocate security requirements to the system hardware and software elements. • Actively participate in design reviews, technical interchange meetings, and working groups to ensure compliance with security and control requirements. • Support trade studies as required to meet system security requirements. • Support the Authorization to Operate (ATO) process by generating necessary reporting and accreditation documents, such as Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms). • Lead/Facilitate internal and Customer Security Reviews to present security requirements, system assessment, control implementation, and mitigation methods. • Ability to validate system hardening based on current DISA STIGs and/or CIS Level 2 benchmarks. • Lead and participate in vulnerability tracking, remediation, and closure. • Perform system architecture and engineering design, including networking, identity and access management, application and data security, and system design.

• Lead the in-sourcing and knowledge transfer process from the current managed service provider • Establish IAM operational standards, processes, and documentation for internal management • Design and implement IAM governance aligned with corporate cybersecurity and compliance frameworks • Administer and optimize Active Directory (AD), Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) • Oversee user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews across enterprise systems • Manage IAM integrations with AWS IAM, Azure, and SaaS applications • Implement IAM-related threat detection and auditing processes • Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, CMMC, ISO 27001)
