• Collaborating and working side by side with hiring managers to attract, hire and retain quality employees. • Partnering with Hiring Managers to create and review job requisitions, defining and validating key position requirements. • Using traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates. • Actively engaging in educational partnerships and/or professional organizations related to clinical positions. • Sourcing, recruiting, and pre-screening candidates for various positions. • Assessing candidates to determine if their capabilities match job requirements. • Preparing and extending new hire offers and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and/or experience.
- At least five or more years of experience in clinical recruiting.
- Experience with Radiology, Therapy, Nursing, or other in demand clinical roles strongly preferred.
- Must have valid transportation and adhere to company’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy.
- Understanding of current federal/state regulations related to employment (i.e. EEOC, OFCCP, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access.

Role Description Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition for EMEA and APAC, this is a standalone senior recruitment role covering Australia, New Zealand. You will be the primary talent acquisition partner for the region, operating with a high degree of autonomy while working as an integral part of a global TA team. The hiring profile spans commercial, functional, and technology disciplines, reflecting a business that delivers data and analytics solutions to some of the world's leading consumer brands and retailers. You will be responsible for hiring across the full spectrum of the business, from technology-focused roles including AI and data science, through to commercial, analytical, and operational functions.
