• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned GTM and G&A roles, from intake through closing. • Partner with hiring managers to define role outcomes, must-haves vs nice-to-haves, and interview plans. • Build and maintain healthy outbound and inbound pipelines for core GTM roles. • Monitor pipeline and funnel metrics for your searches and adjust strategy based on data. • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, with timely updates and clear expectations. • Help refine scorecards and interview loops for your roles to improve signal and speed. • Communicate regular search updates, risks, and tradeoffs to GTM leaders and the Talent team.
Job Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (including sourcing passive candidates) for GTM and/or G&A roles at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven ability to build and execute outbound sourcing plans in competitive markets.
- You leverage AI and automation thoughtfully to make your sourcing, screening, and communication more effective and efficient, without sacrificing judgment or candidate experience
- Strong hiring manager partnership skills, including intake, calibration, and expectation-setting.
- You take ownership of your work, are accountable for your mistakes, and have a strong growth mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail; your written work, candidate notes, and pipelines are accurate and reliable.
- Data-driven approach to recruiting, using funnel and pipeline metrics to guide decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches in parallel while staying organized.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
