• Execute full-cycle recruiting identifying, sourcing and engaging candidates through creative and innovative tactics; • Effectively screen candidates to determine a holistic fit in relation to hiring expectations of all positions assigned, as the primary point of contact throughout the full recruitment process; • Build and maintain effective relationships with all assigned hiring managers to ensure alignment between candidates and hiring teams; • Develop diverse as well as robust pipeline of candidates for all locations, teams, and conditions assigned; • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Successful track record of directly sourcing passive candidates
- Knowledge of, and experience with, outside recruiting resources including social recruiting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
- Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers in order to drive effective recruitment
- Strong sense of urgency and flexibility, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Savvy with the latest technology and recruitment tools
- Nice to have: Experience recruiting in the carrier logistics or supply chain industry.
