Acturis Limited
• Act as the primary contact and escalation point for insurer clients • Support the implementation and launch of insurance technology solutions • Organize and lead periodic meetings with Acturis and Client teams • Help clients understand options for using our complex system • Collaborate with legal team in reviewing and negotiating contracts • Coordinate team meetings across local and global teams • Report to the Insurer Relations Manager
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years in insurance industry
- Preference to roles involving relationship management
- Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or French proficiency would be assets for this role
- University degree in a related industry or college diploma specifically in insurance
- Experience developing and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
- Experience with Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Accounting or Billing and Invoicing processes
- Experience with contract negotiation
- Skills and experience in stakeholder management
- Previous sales experience (demos, understanding client needs and perspectives)
- Flexibility to travel 4-6 times a year throughout Canada
- Must be located in Greater Toronto Area

Role Description This US-based role is responsible for driving business growth in our North America region by generating and converting demand through executive-level events and strategic partnerships. This role blends marketing, business development, executive enablement, and event execution. As the Partnership and Events Lead, your primary goal is to create high-quality business opportunities by initiating, building, and activating partnerships that lead to executive workshops that serve as the company’s sales funnel. You will continue to build out and fill the introductory sessions led by the CEO as part of our Flow Solutions Workshop series and work to create a community of leaders enthusiastic about Theory of Constraints. You will also manage existing partnerships and create new ones with associations across the United States. - Generating high-impact events throughout the year that can convert into quality leads for long-term engagements - Managing and building the funnel from partnership creation and event execution to post event conversion - Maximizing the CEO’s presence in the US This is a high-travel, high-autonomy role for someone who is organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable representing the company alongside senior leadership.
