Role Description Leap Tools is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our Real Estate Team and help drive the long-term success of our partner network. This role is focused on managing and growing relationships with existing real estate partners, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through the full customer lifecycle. As part of a rapidly growing area of the business, this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership. The ideal candidate is someone who excels at managing client relationships, is comfortable identifying opportunities, and can develop structure in an evolving environment. You should be energized by growth, adaptable to change, and motivated by the opportunity to help shape the future of the Real Estate department. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver solutions that improve partner satisfaction, retention, and overall business growth. Key Responsibilities - Own and manage the health, success, and retention of strategic real estate partners from onboarding through launch and expansion. - Serve as the primary point of contact for critical partner relationships, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction throughout the customer journey. - Develop a deep understanding of partner goals, business challenges, and market opportunities to provide strategic guidance and support. - Identify risks and create action plans to improve adoption, performance, and long-term success. - Act as the voice of the customer internally by advocating for partner needs, feature requests, and market opportunities. - Support product launches, feature rollouts, and go-to-market initiatives by aligning internal teams and external partner communications. - Help build and refine internal processes, playbooks, and best practices to support a growing partnerships and client success function within the Real Estate vertical. - Track and report on partner health, success metrics, adoption trends, and growth opportunities. - Contribute to strategic planning and partner network growth initiatives across the Real Estate vertical. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Account Management, Customer Success, or a related client-facing role. - Experience working with enterprise clients or strategic partner networks. - Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust across multiple stakeholder levels, including executive levels. - Entrepreneurial attitude with comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up. - Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and stay organized in a high-growth environment. - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority. - Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. - Familiarity with the real estate industry and associated stakeholders (MLSs, brokerages, search portals, and the broader ecosystem) is considered a plus.
