Role Description We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and deliver customer‑facing product features across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. This role focuses on shipping high‑quality user experiences while integrating AI‑powered and agentic capabilities into a polished, market‑ready product. You will own features end‑to‑end—from frontend experience to backend services—and help translate advanced AI capabilities into intuitive, reliable user workflows. Key Responsibilities - Product & Application Development - Design and implement frontend features across web, desktop, and mobile platforms - Build and maintain backend services and APIs supporting product functionality - Integrate AI‑powered and agentic capabilities into user‑facing features - Ensure consistent behavior, UX, and performance across platforms - AI‑Enabled Product Experiences - Translate agentic system outputs into clear, actionable user experiences - Design UI flows that support autonomous or semi‑autonomous system behavior - Partner with platform teams to integrate AI‑driven workflows safely and effectively - Handle edge cases, errors, and transparency for AI‑assisted features - Go‑to‑Market Readiness - Refine features for usability, reliability, and customer trust - Address performance, stability, and UX polish prior to launch - Support beta programs, customer feedback, and early adoption cycles - Help instrument analytics, monitoring, and usage insights Qualifications - 3–6 years of professional software development experience - Strong frontend development experience - Solid backend or API development experience - Proven experience shipping user‑facing applications - Experience working across at least two of: web, desktop, mobile - Experience with Electron, node.js - Preferred Qualifications - Experience building products that incorporate AI or intelligent automation - Familiarity with agentic systems, workflows, or decision‑driven applications - Strong UX instincts when presenting complex or automated behavior to users - Experience supporting product launches or external customers - Experience with OpenShift / Kubernetes or other containerization platform technologies - Experience with React Native + Expo Requirements Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $82,400 to $103,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.
