Role Description As the Sales Finance Manager, you will lead a team to execute all financial aspects of Fetch’s budgeting, planning, performance tracking and management, partnering closely with department leaders across the organization. This role is pivotal in guiding our financial strategy, optimizing company performance, and ensuring efficient financial operations to support the company’s growth and objectives. This role will report to the Director of Revenue Finance. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States. Role Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals. - Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for the revenue org. - Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making. - Assist in the financial due diligence for potential investments, acquisitions, partnerships, or fundraising events. - Develop key detailed reports that help cross-functional business partners grow their books of business. - Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to drive financial performance and operational excellence. - Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Qualifications - 8+ years experience in finance, consulting, investment banking, or related roles. - Experience in ad tech, digital media, or advertising revenue models. - Must have in-house tech experience. - Strong financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills. - Sales support experience required; high growth companies a nice to have. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. - Experience managing complex financial transactions and negotiations. - Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Preferred Requirements - CRM proficiency, particularly Salesforce, for pipeline analysis and revenue forecasting. - SQL or data querying skills to enable independent data pulls and analysis. - Prior experience in a high-growth or start-up environment. - Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems. - Broad FP&A background that complements a sales finance focus. Compensation At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages including base, equity, and benefits to the exceptional folks we hire. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Partnerships, you'll own the day-to-day relationship with enterprise partners post-handoff from leadership. - Drive referral activation - move agents from "aware" to "actively referring" through education, tools, and consistent touch points. - Build and execute account plans for each partner, with clear referral volume targets and KPIs. - Organize educational events, run campaigns, and find creative ways to keep Perch top of mind inside partner organizations. - Identify and develop champion agents within each partner, the high-producers who refer consistently and influence their peers. - Track and report on referral activity, pipeline conversion, and co-marketing ROI across your account portfolio. - Collaborate closely with our mortgage agents and customer support to ensure a seamless client handoff experience that earns repeat referrals. - Surface insights from the field, including product gaps, service issues, competitive intel back to leadership and product teams to help ensure performance. - Maintain disciplined daily activity across calling, email, LinkedIn with the opportunity to attend key partner events, team meetings, and industry functions to deepen relationships in person. Qualifications - 2–5 years in account management, partnership success, or B2B relationship management, ideally in mortgage, real estate, proptech, or financial services. - Proven track record of growing revenue or referral volume within an existing account portfolio. - Exceptional communicator with the ability to present confidently to a team of 5 or a brokerage of 500. - Organized and data-driven. Manage your accounts with a CRM, track activity and report results clearly. - Self-directed and proactive. - Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment where strategy evolves and you're expected to adapt quickly. Requirements - Familiarity with how Canadian real estate brokerages and agent teams operate. - Background in fintech or proptech partnerships. - CRM proficiency (ex: HubSpot, Intercom).
