Role Description We're hiring a Senior GTM Manager to run Foundation's own marketing — the same playbook we sell to clients, applied to ourselves. This is a hybrid GTM and marketing seat. You'll own demand generation, content distribution, and the brand surface area that turns Foundation into the obvious choice when a B2B company is shopping for a partner to help them with AI visibility. You'll also work hand in hand with sales, treating content as the primary channel that fills and accelerates pipeline. This is a builder seat. You'll set the strategy, run the calendar, write or commission the work, ship it across every channel that matters, and partner with sales to convert it. You'll have execution support underneath you, but the thinking is yours. What You'll Own - Foundation's inbound pipeline, focusing on qualified opportunities sourced from marketing. - The content and distribution system that makes Foundation the obvious answer for B2B buyers. - The distribution layer, including repurposing, syndication, community seeding, and paid amplification. - The brand, including voice, point of view, and positioning against competitors. - Reporting, providing a monthly view of performance metrics. How You'll Work With Sales - Sales and marketing run as one motion at Foundation, treating the sales pipeline as your scoreboard. - Joint pipeline reviews to understand funnel status and content effectiveness. - Content built for sales conversations, including enablement assets and customer stories. - Account-based plays with coordinated outreach on target accounts. - Feedback loops to translate buyer signals into the content and distribution roadmap. What You've Done Before - Run marketing for a B2B agency, B2B SaaS company, or B2B services firm with ownership of the pipeline number. - Built a content and distribution program from the ground up. - Worked closely with a sales team, understanding pipeline and deal cycles. - Written engaging content that resonates with readers. - Experience with SEO, GEO, and AI search as part of your content mix. - Some experience with paid social or paid search with a real budget. What Will Make You Successful Here - You think in distribution, ensuring every piece of content has a clear audience plan. - You think like a GTM operator, optimizing for pipeline rather than just activity. - You have a point of view and defend it with evidence, welcoming pushback. - You ship quickly, focusing on weekly output that compounds. - You understand AI's role in enhancing work quality, avoiding shortcuts. What This Isn't - A pure brand role; pipeline measurement is key. - A pure performance role; brand equity is also measured. - A management role on day one; you'll be the doer-in-chief initially. Location, Timezone & Work Setup - Work Setup: Fully remote - Primary Target Locations: Canada, LATAM, Europe (exceptional candidates outside these regions may be considered). - Timezone: Required overlap with EST timezone. Compensation - Base Pay Range: Salary range: 80k - 110k CAD depending on experience. - Bonus tied to pipeline targets. - Total compensation includes: Company-wide profit sharing + Commission on expansions/extensions. - Final compensation is determined by experience, role level, and location. How to apply - Fill in the Culture Index survey: Culture Index Survey - Apply through the application form.
