Visual Merchandiser – E-Commerce

• Transforming traffic into transactions as the Ecommerce Visual Merchandiser • Ensuring every touchpoint is aesthetically stunning and optimized to maximize revenue • Improving conversion rates, revenue per session, and product discoverability • Translating marketing campaigns into high converting digital storefronts • Managing the visual hierarchy of the site and overseeing automated sequencing for high margin products • Manually curating collections for major seasonal events • Leading the onsite testing strategy by analyzing heatmaps and A/B test results • Collaborating with marketplace sellers to build immersive brand environments

Job Requirements

  • Expert in e-commerce merchandising tools (such as Shopify or Klevu)
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and GrowthBook
  • Proven track record in high volume E-Commerce visual merchandising
  • Deep understanding of brand management
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams effectively
  • Experience in high-traffic, media-led retail environments is a significant advantage
  • Proactive problem solver with imagination to build brand stories
  • Determination to relentlessly test and iterate for the best performance.
