Senior 1C Developer, Accounting & Payments Integration

• Design and implement integration between the internal platform and 1C:Enterprise for automated ingestion of orders, payments, and refunds; • Build scalable data exchange solutions using HTTP services , APIs, or file-based integrations (CSV, XML, etc.); • Automate scheduled import of bank statements from providers such as Revolut, Wise, PayPal, and others; • Develop rule-based engines for automatic classification and posting of financial transactions; • Ensure each transaction includes complete accounting metadata (counterparty, ledger account, VAT type, transaction type); • Implement reconciliation mechanisms between internal system data and payment provider transactions, including discrepancy reporting; • Design safeguards to prevent duplicate data entries and ensure data integrity across systems; • Develop custom 1C modules, reports, and scheduled jobs tailored to business processes; • Collaborate with finance and accounting stakeholders to align system logic with reporting and compliance requirements; • Continuously optimise performance, reliability, and maintainability of integrations.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience with 1C:Enterprise 8.3 (Accounting configuration)
- Strong experience integrating 1C with external systems via APIs , HTTP services, or data exchange formats
- Hands-on experience importing and processing bank statements in 1C
- Solid understanding of data integrity principles (idempotency, validation, reconciliation)
- Experience working with structured data formats (CSV, XML, FIDAVISTA or similar)
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals (ledger entries, VAT, financial analytics)
- Ability to independently estimate, scope, and deliver development tasks
