Qualifications - Proven experience leading and scaling sales organizations in a SaaS or technology environment. - Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and leading high-performing sales leaders. - Strong track record of driving consistent, predictable revenue growth. - Proven track record as a change agent who drives high adoption of new tools and ways of working (ideally AI or automation), setting clear standards and holding teams accountable to them. - Deep understanding of the Brazilian market and B2B sales landscape. - Data-driven leadership approach with strong forecasting and performance management discipline. - Experience leading teams through periods of change, growth, or go-to-market transformation. - Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment. - Professional fluency in Portuguese and English. Nice-to-Have Qualifications - Experience building or scaling a new market, region, or office from early stages. - Experience selling AI-powered or platform-based solutions. - Familiarity with partner-led or ecosystem-driven growth strategies. Benefits - We know the confidence gap and impostor syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply — we’d love to hear from you. - If you need accommodations or assistance due to a disability, please reach out to us using this form. - At HubSpot, we value both flexibility and connection. Whether you’re a Remote employee or work from the Office, we want you to start your journey here by building strong connections with your team and peers. - If you require an accommodation due to travel limitations or other reasons, please inform your recruiter during the hiring process.
