• Create highly accurate 2D and 3D shop drawings for commercial architectural millwork, including wall systems, casework, feature walls, custom fixtures, trims, and built-in assemblies • Convert architectural drawings, specifications, and field dimensions into fully detailed fabrication-ready shop drawings • Serve as the primary point of contact for all shop drawing communication with clients, architects, designers, and general contractors • Receive, track, and incorporate all redlines, markups, and revision requests • Maintain strict version control and ensure only approved drawings are released to production • Identify design conflicts, missing information, and constructability issues before fabrication begins • Coordinate closely with project managers and shop teams to confirm materials, hardware, joinery, and fabrication methods • Prepare final “Approved for Production” drawing packages that the shop relies on to build • Maintain organized digital records of all drawings, revisions, and approvals

Using this input you will develop solutions using cloud technologies and evangelize the value of your solution to the client team. • You will work with clients to develop estimates for the skills required and timelines to deliver Zencore projects. You should be able to turn these estimates into a clear proposal or SoW. • You will act as the lead technical member of the project team, providing delivery and technical oversight. You are responsible for keeping the technical delivery on track and unblocking when things are stuck. While this is an architecture role, we expect you to be a hands on practitioner; you should be comfortable doing both architecture and execution. • You will act as a mentor inside of the engineering organizations. You are expected to be an expert in your technical domain, and you should be able to teach and enable others in order to up-skill the organization.

• Design and implement API-led connectivity solutions using MuleSoft (System, Process, and Experience APIs) • Define enterprise integration architecture, standards, and best practices • Create and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents • Lead MuleSoft solution design across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to MuleSoft developers • Review Mule applications, APIs, and DataWeave implementations • Establish and enforce API governance using Anypoint Platform tools • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions • Ensure integrations meet performance, scalability, availability, and security requirements • Support deployment strategies and CI/CD pipelines • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and production issues

• Oversee the design, development, and commissioning of a full stack dynamic reference architecture database/platform including validation and systems engineering. • Manage the day-to-day operations, content governance, and continuous improvement of the CRA database/platform. • Develop and enforce standards for all design documentation and reference materials, including blueprints, diagrams, BOMs, and application guides, ensuring adherence to CRA standards. • Oversee the review, approval, and publishing workflow for all new reference architectures, ensuring formal technical review and compliance. • Curate and organize content to ensure designs are easy to find and use, and manage user access and permissions for the platform. • Train and support field teams on effective CRA platform usage, collaborating with Solution Architects, Digital Transformation, IT, and third party resources for content ingestion and technical maintenance.
