The Business Development Lead Officer is a strategic, seasoned professional who works remotely within the LA region mortgage sales team to promote and drive Community Lending business. This individual is the in-market subject matter expert, expected to stay abreast of trends, and to develop outreach strategies. The position requires the ability to work in a sales capacity, proactively plan, and adhere to reporting and compliance standards. Strong communication and diplomacy skills as well as attention to detail are mandatory for success. The position requires the ability to guide, influence and convince others, including mortgage sales and colleagues in other bank areas as well as external housing counseling agencies and real estate professionals.
