• Developing and managing relationships with TSOs and DSOs across Europe • Identifying and progressing high-value opportunities within asset management and engineering teams • Conducting structured discovery and detailed needs assessments • Translating autonomous inspection capability into clear operational and financial value • Supporting the positioning of digital twin, asset monitoring, and condition assessment solutions • Leading complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles • Navigating European tenders and public procurement processes • Working closely with engineering and operations teams to shape technically credible proposals

Job Requirements

  • You may come from infrastructure, energy, inspection, robotics, autonomy, or enterprise technology sales.
  • Have a strong track record of consultative enterprise sales
  • Be fluent in English plus at least one major European language
  • Be comfortable operating in a high-growth scale-up environment
  • Have the technical literacy to engage confidently with engineering-led teams
  • Be proactive, organised, and commercially disciplined
  • Must understand complex technical solutions and represent them credibly in regulated markets.
