Electrolux Group
• Grow sales, margin, and market share by developing and executing strategic business plans for assigned markets • Serve as the primary point of contact for builder, distributor, and influencer accounts, ensuring effective communication of Electrolux brand strategies • Convert leads to bids and bids to contracts by leveraging CRM/lead systems and understanding key builders across Single Family, Multi-Family, and MRO segments • Conduct product training and merchandising support in showrooms to drive specification, floor placement, and contract opportunities • Support new product introductions by promoting offerings and ensuring proper display and product knowledge • Monitor competitive activity, inventory levels, and open orders, providing insights and recommending adjustments as needed • Facilitate execution of sales, marketing, and promotional initiatives, including participation in trade and industry events • Lead new builder/distributor account setup and support efficient processes for parts ordering, credits, and overall account operations
Job Requirements
- Post Secondary Education
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally within the appliance, builder, or related industry
- Proven track record in merchandising, territory management, and closing sales in builder or contract markets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence diverse customer groups
- High energy, self-driven, and able to manage extensive travel within territory
- French speaking
