Internal Experiences Manager
Life360
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Life360's recurring internal gathering formats, including full Circle Ups and Semi Circle sessions. • Support the planning and production of leadership offsites, planning sessions, and executive-level gatherings. • Own relationships with venues, A/V, catering, production, and facilitation vendors for internal events. • Support, in partnership with HR, internal community touchpoints that strengthen belonging and reinforce Life360's values between major gatherings.
Job Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in event production, internal communications events, employee experience, or experiential marketing
- Demonstrated passion for community-building and culture, you care deeply about how people feel in a room
- Strong project management and operational skills; you can run a flawless run-of-show and still bring creative energy to the experience
- Excellent cross-functional communication; comfortable working with executives, HR/People teams, and department leads
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and multiple projects simultaneously
- A creative eye for the details that turn a meeting into a moment
- Startup or high-growth company experience a plus; comfort with ambiguity and fast timelines is a must
