Senior Manager, Learning & Onboarding

• Lead a team of high-performing professionals to deliver outcomes that directly support Docusign’s strategic priorities to drive customer success • Define the vision, strategy, and success metrics for EMEA Learning and Onboarding, aligned to company and functional goals of customer success, product adoption, and time to customer value • Deliver high-quality work on time and within budget, removing blockers and clarifying priorities • Drive operational rigor through goal setting, review cadences, and data-driven decision making (e.g., dashboards, scorecards, retrospectives) • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (e.g., Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, People Team) to plan, execute, and optimize joint initiatives • Establish and improve processes, documentation, and standards for team efficiency • Build, mentor, and retain a diverse team; provide clear expectations, actionable feedback, and growth opportunities aligned to level expectations • Anticipate risks and dependencies; develop mitigation plans and communicate tradeoffs and recommendations to senior leadership • Represent the team’s work and impact to stakeholders at multiple levels, including executives • Champion Docusign’s values and foster an inclusive, psychologically safe environment where people can do the best work of their careers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including significant experience in Customer Onboarding, Education, or Professional Services
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading teams of professionals (P-level roles) and driving results through others
  • Experience setting strategy, translating it into clear plans, and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS, technology, or related environment
  • Experience managing people managers and/or geographically distributed teams
  • Familiarity with Docusign’s products, Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM), and/or agreement workflows is a plus
  • Experience using enterprise tools such as Workday, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and collaboration platforms
  • Strong analytical skills; able to interpret data, identify insights, and make recommendations that influence decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messages for different audiences, including executives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities.
