Based in West Coast territory with Extensive Travel Required All About the Role: The Regional Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth, market share expansion, and brand presence across assigned markets within the Contract channel. This leader builds and strengthens strategic relationships with key customers and influencers while developing and coaching District Managers to execute the company’s “Built to Win” strategy. The role requires a results‑driven, collaborative leader who can align cross‑functional partners, translate market insights into action, and inspire high performance while delivering an exceptional customer and consumer experience.
