Job Requirements
- 5+ years in recruitment marketing, employer brand, or talent communications — especially in high-growth or global environments
- Proven experience running social media, digital media buys, and recruitment campaigns with measurable results
- Strong creative sensibility and brand storytelling chops — with an eye for consistency and voice
- Comfort using data and analytics to track performance and inform strategy (GA, UTMs, KPIs)
- Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment
- A global mindset and appreciation for cultural nuance across candidate markets
- Experience marketing to or working alongside technical teams (engineering, DevRel, etc.)
- Background in B2B SaaS, open-source, or developer-first organizations
- Experience with digital reputation management (e.g. Glassdoor, LinkedIn reviews)
