Surety Account Coordinator
Brown & Brown Insurance
• Perform administrative functions such as data entry, filing, and maintaining department files. • Accurately verify, enter, and invoice bonds, riders, and cancellations. • Initiate bonds through the online systems, draft bonds, and submit to the Surety Company. • Attach all correspondence in our Agency Management System. • Undertake other assigned duties and special projects.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of office administration and data entry experience
- Preferred previous Surety experience
- Mathematical Aptitude: Proficient in basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and able to compute rates, ratios, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
- Current Property & Casualty license (Preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with Agency Management Systems (Preferred: AMS360, Erlon, ImageRight)
