• Responsible for selling innovative radiology systems to private practitioners and medical facilities in the outpatient sector • Acquire and manage customers in the outpatient sector • Provide tailored consultation and support to customers in finding the best solutions • Actively develop the market and position Philips within the growing outpatient sector • Leverage growth potential in the outpatient healthcare market
Job Requirements
- Enthusiasm for selling medical technology products, preferably in imaging (MRI/CT/X-ray)
- Completed training as a Radiologic Technologist (MTRA), medical technician, or a comparable qualification in medical technology
- Interest in combining sales with technical consulting — you want to successfully apply your medical expertise in sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills and the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly
- Independent working style and willingness to travel within assigned sales territories
- Experience with the current structural reforms in the German healthcare system is an advantage

• Manage and grow a defined portfolio of strategic accounts across UAE & KSA. • Drive sales of HFC and HFO refrigerants across OEM manufacturers, HVAC contractors, distributors, and industrial end users. • Develop and execute annual account plans aligned with regional targets. • Identify and convert new business opportunities in retrofit and transition projects (HFC → HFO). • Monitor HFC phase-down regulations, F-Gas and quota mechanisms, and competitive pricing trends. • Position lower-GWP HFO solutions as strategic alternatives. • Provide commercial insight on supply-demand balance and pricing trends. • Deliver pricing strategy within assigned territory. • Execute contract negotiations and long-term supply agreements. • Manage gross margin targets and working capital performance. • Support forecasting, S&OP input, and demand planning accuracy. • Work closely with supply chain, technical teams, and regulatory affairs. • Support marketing initiatives and customer events. • Ensure adherence to regional regulatory frameworks (UAE & KSA).
