Senior Manager – Digital Workforce Transformation, Ceridian/Dayforce

EY

• Lead a team of talented consultants to successfully deliver Dayforce HCM solutions to our clients • Oversee project implementation, manage client relationships, and drive business growth by ensuring that our Dayforce engagements meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess client needs, design solutions, and deliver high-impact Dayforce configurations • Provide expertise and support to the Dayforce functional team • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dayforce capabilities, features and updates • Provide thought leadership in the HCM space and on Dayforce leading practices • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex change concepts specifically within HR technology and implementation • Deliver quality services • Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve a high-quality deliverable and within expected timeframes • Monitor progress, manage risk, and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes • Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management • Focus on deliverables and client business priorities • Manage expectations of service • Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers and business trends • Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge • Keep up to date with current developments and trends in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge • Generate new business opportunities • Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients • Develop long-term client relationships and networks • Develop relationships with other EY team members across all practices to serve client needs • Flexibility and ability to travel; willingness to travel on short notice to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 30%

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HCM implementation with a proven track record of leading successful Dayforce implementations
  • Project management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – being able to clearly define or clarify problems, determine appropriate solutions and tailoring to client needs
  • Business analytical skills – making observations, anticipating client and management needs or expectations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High level of motivation and a self-starting attitude
  • Ability to think outside of the box, thrive on new challenges
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed
