Learner Recruiter, Apprenticeship Recruitment Consultant – Part Time
Juniper Training Ltd
• Actively seek out and build relationships with employers, identifying apprenticeship opportunities and promoting Juniper Training as a trusted partner. • Reach out to young people through social media, events, schools, and community partnerships to share what Juniper Training has to offer. • Conduct friendly interviews and assessments to understand their goals and match them with suitable apprenticeship opportunities. • Offer support and advice to help learners make informed choices about their career paths. • Keep accurate records of your activities using our CRM system (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes). • Collaborate with program managers and tutors to ensure learners feel supported every step of the way. • Work toward achievable recruitment goals while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Job Requirements
- Experience in recruitment (bonus points if it’s within education or training).
- Strong employer engagement skills and experience building business relationships.
- Brilliant communication skills—you’re great at connecting with people from all walks of life.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about making a difference.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (or willing to learn).
- Excellent time management and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
