• You take ownership of recruiting from start to finish. • From the first creative job ad and applicant management to the finalized employment contract. • You keep track of our candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure the entire recruiting process runs in a structured and smooth way for all involved. • You make sure each candidate feels seen, taken seriously, and treated fairly throughout the process. • You help new colleagues have a great start at Inuvet by preparing and organizing onboarding. • You work closely with managers and other teams to find the right people for the right roles. • You continuously develop our recruiting process and actively contribute to its improvement.
