Franchise Development Director

• Identify and qualify franchise prospects. • Prepare and present franchise projects to Franchise Approval Committee for approval. • Manage and optimize a multi-state franchise development region to maximize franchise sales growth. • Ability to effectively take prospects from application to franchise agreement execution. • Properly manage territory within budgets. • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 5 years Sales and/or development experience with a proven track record.
- Hotel Franchise sales experience and/or hotel industry experience preferred.
- Goal-oriented and motivated individual with excellent relationship building skills.
- Highest ethical standards, always willing to do “the right thing”.
- This position has a home-based office and will require 90% travel.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills including working with and understanding income and expense Performa’s and investment models, various measures of revenues, cash flows and profitability, and various measures and evaluation methods of determining market feasibility and market supply and demand characteristics.
- Self-starter with ability to effectively operate with little or no supervision and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a team-based system and get along well with others.
- Strong communication and organization skills are critical.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Sales Force a plus.
- 90% travel required.

Role Description L’adjoint au directeur fonctionnel des services pénitentiaires d’insertion et de probation du SPIP de l’Aisne est placé sous l’autorité du directeur fonctionnel du SPIP de l’Aisne. À ce titre, il est positionné sur un poste de pilotage et de déclinaison de la politique de service retenue par le directeur de la structure. Il intervient dans les domaines décidés avec et par le directeur et lui rend compte régulièrement de son activité. - Participe à la définition et à la déclinaison des objectifs départementaux. - Assure le relais de la politique conduite par le directeur. - Peut intervenir sur des délégations et thématiques transversales à dimension départementale. - Assure, en l’absence de DPIP affecté sur l’ALIP de Château Thierry, l'organisation et l'encadrement de premier niveau de cette antenne. Role Description The Regional Supervisory Principal is responsible for the oversight and supervision of registered representatives and investment adviser representatives to ensure adherence to FINRA, SEC, and state regulatory requirements. This role provides critical compliance guidance, reviews business practices, conducts supervisory examinations, and supports the firm’s overall risk management framework. - Oversee and review the activities of registered representatives and investment adviser representatives for compliance with FINRA, SEC, and state regulations. - Conduct daily, weekly, and periodic reviews of transactions, new accounts (post-transaction), and client correspondence—including email and social media—for suitability and compliance with firm policies. - Provide guidance and support to financial professionals on complex compliance issues, firm policies, and regulatory updates. - Conduct internal audits and branch examinations to assess supervisory controls and identify potential deficiencies. - Participate in the firm’s annual compliance review and assist with preparation of required reports. - Identify, monitor, and escalate potential sales practice concerns, conflicts of interest, and other high-risk activities. - Develop and deliver compliance training programs for new and existing staff to ensure understanding of regulatory obligations. - Manage heightened supervision programs for representatives with disclosure events or escalated concerns. - Document supervisory plans and maintain ongoing oversight of supervised individuals. - Provide regular supervision reports and updates to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). - Track supervisory metrics, analyze trends, and escalate systemic issues for corrective action. - Stay current on changes to federal and state securities laws and communicate updates to firm leadership and personnel. - Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk-assessment skills to anticipate potential issues. - Demonstrate deep knowledge of FINRA, SEC, and state securities regulations as applicable to registered representatives and investment adviser representatives. - Maintain strong attention to detail and effectively manage multiple priorities. - Ability to travel less than 25% of the year.
