Technical Product Owner, Cloud Platforms

• Own and manage roadmaps, backlogs, and priorities for cloud products and platforms. • Define and refine epics, features, and technical user stories in collaboration with engineering and product teams. • Act as the product owner within Agile teams, participating in backlog refinement, planning, and reviews. • Ensure products are designed for repeatability, scalability, and operational efficiency. • Own and prioritize the backlog for internal DevOps, automation, and platform services. • Work with DevOps and SRE teams to evolve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and self-service capabilities. • Promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC), reusable platform components, and standardized delivery templates. • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible and well understood. • Partner with architecture teams to validate alignment with reference architectures and technical standards.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or in a similar role
- Relevant certifications (cloud, DevOps, product, FinOps) considered an asset
- Strong background in IT infrastructure and cloud platforms
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and automation
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
- Experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises solutions
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and automation tools
- Solid knowledge of IT security practices and operational best practices
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in French is a strong asset.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager on the AI Platform team, you will: - Define and deliver the roadmap to drive execution and scale of the AI Platform that supports internal stakeholders and external AI products. - Operate at the intersection of machine learning systems, data engineering, and applied healthcare AI. - Partner closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and clinical leadership to deliver production-grade systems that support reliable inference pipelines across millions of patient records. - Contribute to the improvement of quality and cost of care for over 2 million patients served by Aledade providers.
