• Hands‑On AI & Intelligent Automation Development (Primary Accountability) • Independently design, build, and maintain: AI prompts and prompt libraries, LLM based agents and copilots, Chatbots, automation scripts, and end to end intelligent workflows • Lead rapid prototyping and experimentation; convert successful pilots into scalable, production grade solutions • Own the day-to-day technical health of deployed solutions, including monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and reliability improvements • Build and maintain robust integrations with enterprise platforms using APIs, services, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration tools • End ‑ to ‑ End Solution Architecture & Delivery Ownership • Serve as the end-to-end AI solution architect for assigned initiatives, making architectural decisions and implementing them hands on • Define and standardize solution patterns for: Agent architectures (RAG, tool calling, multi agent orchestration) • Integration and data flow design • Environmental promotion and deployment strategies (dev/test/prod) • Own delivery planning with clearly defined value metrics, success criteria, and timelines • Proactively identify technical risks, trade offs, and dependencies and drive resolution • Use Case Execution & Enterprise Impact • Lead execution for high‑impact, enterprise‑level AI and automation use cases, particularly complex or manual processes with measurable value potential • Translate loosely defined business problems into durable, production‑ready AI solutions • Typical use cases include, but are not limited to: LLM‑based agents for case intake, triage, summarization, and decision support, Intelligent document processing across emails, PDFs, forms, and unstructured content, Workflow automation for finance, operations, compliance, research, or shared services, Embedded AI assistants integrated into enterprise systems to reduce manual effort, errors, and cycle time • Partner closely with business owners to validate outputs, refine logic, and ensure solutions are adopted, trusted, and operationalized • Governance, Security & Compliance (Lead ‑ Level Accountability) • Ensure all solutions comply with enterprise AI governance standards, ethical AI principles, and corporate policies • Design and implement secure‑by‑default solutions, including documentation, traceability, monitoring, and audit readiness • Anticipate and mitigate risks related to data privacy, access control, model behavior, hallucinations, bias, and operational resilience • Partner with architecture, security, and data governance teams to ensure compliant solution design, especially within regulated environments • Evangelism, Enablement & Technical Leadership • Evangelize AI and intelligent automation capabilities across the organization by engaging business stakeholders, translating opportunities into concrete solution concepts, and demonstrating value through working solutions • Produce high‑quality technical documentation, user guides, and SOPs • Lead hands‑on enablement sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer to drive adoption • Act as a technical mentor and thought leader, influencing standards, patterns, and best practices across AI and automation initiatives. • Collaborate with business and technology partners to continuously improve AI‑enhanced workflows

• Partner closely with our sales team to understand client challenges, craft tailored technical solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations. • Act as a trusted bridge between our clients and internal teams — translating complex business needs into actionable strategies. • Drive pre-sales success and contribute to long-term customer satisfaction. • Capture client-specific details to ensure alignment and quality in service delivery. • Understand and apply technical engineering processes and link to sales concepts and processes to satisfy client and prospect needs. • Demonstrate processes and outcomes involved with solutions and services to show the client/prospect clear value. • Prepare appropriate proposal and project documentation necessary to accurately scope solutions and services.

• Own data quality and curate media datasets • Partner with Sales and Solutions to translate customer requirements into curation strategies • Work with imperfect partner data, including mismatched metadata, schema differences, and incomplete labeling • Normalize and standardize datasets for reliable downstream use • Query and analyze Protege’s media catalog using SQL, internal APIs, and metadata tools to identify relevant content • Build validation checks and workflows to ensure dataset integrity before delivery • Identify, debug, and resolve data quality issues across file structures, metadata, and content alignment • Use AI tools and transcoded embeddings to surface and refine clip-level content • Turn messy, real-world data into structured datasets that meet customer and model requirements • Run iterative sample reviews with customers, incorporate feedback, refine selections, and ensure final packages meet spec • Build deep expertise in Protege’s media catalog structure, metadata, and growth patterns • Track content coverage, diversity, and modality mix, and identify gaps relative to customer demand • Partner with Product and Partnerships to share catalog insights that inform sourcing priorities • Work cross-functionally to ensure content packaging meets technical, ethical, and licensing requirements • Develop methods, scripts, and internal tools that improve curation efficiency and scale • Help shape Protege’s delivery platform, including how internal users and customers search, sample, and export data • Work closely with embedding-based systems to iterate between algorithmic selection and human review • Define best practices for embedding queries, relevance evaluation, and content diversity • Maintain a high bar for operational excellence and quality assurance throughout the process

As a Partner Solutions Architect, you will be part of the sales team responsible for supporting our Global Channel Resellers/Partners, reporting to the Senior Manager, Partner Solutions Architecture. You will work closely with partner-facing account reps and directly with our partners to build and execute the Wiz + Partner technical strategy and solutions from the ground up. As the go-to technical expert, you will help partners rethink how they approach cloud security and how they set a preference with customers for the Wiz + Partner solution. You will be the trusted technical advisor to your partners for all things related to cloud security across AWS, Azure, GCP, and other CSPs.
