Invoice Finance Relationship Manager

BVNK

• Manage, retain and grow existing customer portfolio. • Manage upsizing and renewals of existing customer facilities. • Win new customers by managing the end-to-end process from application to onboarding. • Originate SME lending opportunities from initial enquiry to completion. • Deliver the Kriya Invoice Finance business plan and manage personal development plan. • Ensure excellent service for SME customers and prospects. • Collaborate with the wider sales team on new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Highly capable Relationship Manager and Business Developer with a long-term track record of building high-value, trust-based and long-lasting relationships.
  • Strong understanding of SME lending, which must include a background in Invoice Finance.
  • Demonstrate a history of exemplary level of service, and of maximising the value with prospects and customers.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyse and review financial accounts and associated information.
  • Passion for SMEs, be a self-starter and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to your work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with evidence of strong career progression and/or outperformance.
  • Evidence of ability to work expertly with customers and colleagues to structure new lending proposals and write credit applications.
  • Operate in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with high personal accountability and a bias toward action.
  • Strong commercial judgement with the ability to identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Proven track record in providing excellent customer service, and in generating new income opportunities whilst effectively managing credit risk.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building and improving processes.
