Technical SEO and Drupal - Partner with WebDev and platform teams to implement technical SEO improvements in Drupal environments. - Manage templates, schema, modules, structured data, indexation controls, XML sitemaps, redirects, canonicalization, and hreflang where applicable. - Maintain site health including crawlability, performance, Core Web Vitals, and duplicate content governance across large-scale websites. Tool Ownership and Operations - Serve as primary owner of Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, and related SEO tools. - Create repeatable reporting frameworks, monitoring processes, and documented SOPs. - Monitor indexation, performance, enhancements, and search opportunities in Search Console. Qualifications - 6 to 8 plus years of experience in SEO and web analytics with significant exposure to B2B software or B2B technology. - Hands-on experience working in Drupal including templates, modules, content models, redirects, metadata, and release workflows. - Advanced GA4 expertise including event design, conversions, funnels, and troubleshooting. - Strong experience with Google Search Console including indexation, enhancements, and performance analysis. - Proficiency in SEMrush for research, audits, and competitive analysis. - Experience building executive dashboards in Looker Studio. - Strong ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations. - Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional environment as a senior individual contributor.
