Senior Program Manager

• Administer all task order requirements • Be the single focal point for all Leidos and correspondence • Provide clear and consistent written and verbal response to stakeholders within 12 business hours of initiated communication • Responsible for ensuring the planning, construction site visits, quality verifications, and integrated planning schedule are maintained • Ensure furnishings and fit out planning is accomplished and shall ensure the requirements packages are prepared and delivery/installation scheduled to align with project/program milestones • Serve as the lead for the project/program management team to deliver the program on schedule, within budget, and within scope • Interface daily and be collocated with the UK program management team and partner with them to deliver the program • Ensure site visits are conducted during construction by the team and ensure the construction is following the design intent.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years' experience in planning, programming, and construction of military-related projects with at least 10 of those years involved with airfields
  • a Masters degree with 10+ years of experience in planning, programming, and construction of military-related projects with at least 10 of those years involved with airfields
  • Demonstrated work experience with programs/portfolios of similar size and scope as that proposed
  • U.S. citizen
  • Must have an active DOD Secret security clearance
  • Ability to travel as business needs require.

As Senior Implementations Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering business outcomes (technical, commercial, and operational) and building the end-to-end implementations process for Remote Embedded partners. JOB DESCRIPTION Fox Television Stations is hiring a Program Coordinator with a shared responsibility for managing the lifecycle of television programming across multiple markets. This position ensures the operational success of the station group by entering and maintaining complex program schedules and contracts, and serving as the primary liaison between syndicators, Program Managers and local station departments. The ideal candidate will possess high attention to detail and the ability to coordinate data across various broadcasting platforms. Key Responsibilities - Create and maintain network and syndication schedules in program management systems. - Maintain syndication information in internal programming databases. - Act as the primary point of contact for syndicator portals, distributing critical metadata—such as formats, feed times, and episodic schedules—to engineering, master control, traffic, and creative services. - Assist Program Managers with schedule distribution to external listings services and station personnel. - Notify the group regarding changes to network or syndication schedules and maintain market-specific program change distribution lists. - Enter new syndication contracts into program management systems and monitor program usage. - Provide local markets with necessary programming data for FCC Quarterly Issues and provide E/I usage reports for annual FCC filings. - Assist with data maintenance and best practice reviews within various industry software applications. - Serve as a backup resource for the Program Manager team.
