Program Manager, ProServe

Presidio

• Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between Presidio and AWS ProServe • Maintain proactive communication with AWS ProServe stakeholders across opportunities and active engagements • Identify, track, and manage upcoming AWS ProServe opportunities • Own internal alignment across GTM, delivery, and practice leadership for each opportunity • Ensure delivery teams understand AWS ProServe expectations, scope, and operating models • Support coordination of joint Presidio and AWS ProServe interviews and candidate selection processes • Develop and operationalize standardized intake and staffing processes for AWS ProServe engagements • Partner with practice leads to secure appropriate technical resources across US and India delivery teams • Leverage technical understanding to effectively route requests across App Dev, Data, AI, Cloud, and End User Compute domains • Provide regular reporting and insights into Services leadership on ProServe performance • Track project performance, utilization, and key delivery metrics • Identify trends in deal types, skill demand, and growth areas • Manage a portfolio of client projects across multiple service offerings.

Job Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in IT program management and general IT consulting.
  • Strong communication skills, organization skills and the ability to lead with authority internally and within the customer organization.
  • Demonstrable skills across project management standard methodologies (Project Management Institute defined), Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall).
  • Proficient in schedule and road mapping PPM tools for goal and timeline tracking.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, Trello, Teamwork, Zoho or similar project management toolsets to manage project tracking, key performance indicators, project budget, resources, and timelines.
  • Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite of tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
  • Ability to travel.
  • Strong Sales orientation.
  • Strategic mindset.
  • Executive presence and can effectively engage with clients, stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Proficient in Confluence, Jira and Microsoft Project.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

As Senior Implementations Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering business outcomes (technical, commercial, and operational) and building the end-to-end implementations process for Remote Embedded partners. JOB DESCRIPTION Fox Television Stations is hiring a Program Coordinator with a shared responsibility for managing the lifecycle of television programming across multiple markets. This position ensures the operational success of the station group by entering and maintaining complex program schedules and contracts, and serving as the primary liaison between syndicators, Program Managers and local station departments. The ideal candidate will possess high attention to detail and the ability to coordinate data across various broadcasting platforms.
