• Your territory is five counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura. • Identify and pursue the accounts worth your time. You decide who. • Show up where the industry shows up. Attend IFMA, BOMA, IREM, and target industry events to develop the relationships that turn into business over time. • Take in-person meetings routed by our outbound and inside sales teams when a prospect needs face-to-face contact. • Partner with 20 to 25 of our top existing accounts to deepen the relationships. • Represent iNX as the face of the company in this market.

Job Requirements

  • B2B sales or business development experience in facility services, commercial services, or another field-based environment where trust drives the business.
  • A real network in Greater LA, or the credibility and drive to build one.
  • Active or aspiring involvement in IFMA, BOMA, IREM, or similar organizations.
  • Self-direction. This is a remote, field-first role with a large territory. You own your week.

Role Description Southern Sands Property Management Group is seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Fractional Business Development & Owner Acquisition Specialist to accelerate portfolio growth through outbound sales and strategic lead generation. This role is focused on full-cycle business development—from building targeted owner lists and sourcing contact data to executing outbound outreach and closing new management agreements. You will be responsible for identifying property owners, engaging them through modern outbound strategies, and converting opportunities into signed clients.
