• Acting as business driver (industry expert) for key industries for current and future profitable sales growth by identifying and executing our market growth strategy • Understanding customer engineering design and manufacturing workflows to identify areas of optimization and opportunity • Co-executing Engineering efficiency and Shop Floor Assessments, preparing & delivering Management business case Presentations. • Creating and delivering Value Chain Marketing activities: Drive value proposition together with Marketing to promote Rittal EPLAN - trade shows, industry presentation, speaking engagements, case history and success stories. • Supporting the Value Based Selling Knowledge growth of Rittal and EPLAN Sales Employees • Collaboration and planning of various Support Activities, enabling the Rittal and EPLAN Sales Teams in reaching territory targets. • Define and shape the Business Development Strategy to increase the footprint of both Rittal & Eplan in relevant industries and geographies together with the management team. • Engage with customers regularly to understand their business drivers and execute plans to identify the best practices and new opportunities for Rittal/EPLAN that deliver an exceptional customer experience. • Collaborate with internal, cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of appropriate products and solutions. • Help Achieve targets for each business unit of the company.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the automation market as well as CAE, CAD, and industrial automation software.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of selling professional services and solutions in the electrical engineering field and/or industrial automation markets.
  • Capable of networking with c-level and senior management of clients and partners.
  • Highly motivated to define and shape strategies pro-actively in an agile business operation.
  • An ability to develop and propose compelling strategies for tailored engineering solutions that solve customer issues and result in profitable growth for the company.
