Director, Private Equity Channel

Net at Work

• Establish and grow relationships with PE firms, operating partners, and portfolio company executives. • Promote the value of our Fractional CIO & Advisory services — including digital transformation, software and vendor selection, IT leadership, and business process optimization. • Serve as a trusted advisor to PE firms and portfolio leadership, identifying opportunities to reduce risk, accelerate value creation, and modernize through technology. • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to align the right advisors with client opportunities. • Represent Net at Work at select industry events, PE networking functions, and portfolio company engagements. • Contribute to go-to-market strategy and refine positioning to align with evolving PE priorities.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or advisory roles with strong exposure to the Private Equity space — or direct experience working in Private Equity.
  • Prior success in mid to senior-level sales or business development roles serving the Private Equity space.
  • Proven track record of selling or delivering high-value professional services (e.g., strategy, ERP, IT transformation, digital initiatives).
  • Strong understanding of how PE firms operate — including deal cycles, value creation planning, and portfolio support models.
  • Executive presence with excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
  • Deep understanding of consulting, enterprise technology, and how to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
  • Self-starter with the drive to build a new channel and scale it from the ground up.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
