• Create visually appealing marketing collateral, including brochures, webpage banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials. • Support the development, production and distribution of plan documents, enrollment kits, presentations and surveys for targeted distribution channels. • Update website content, images, and create landing pages as needed. • Manage email campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis. • Schedule and manage social media posts. • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines. • Assist with research, development and maintenance of content for all corporate communications, including press releases, social media, newsletters, marketing flyers, member correspondences and speaking engagements. • Support client outreach and advertising campaigns. • Coordinate print projects, provider mailings, stationery, business cards, and promotional items. • Liaise with vendors, obtain quotes, and oversee production timelines. • Ensure timely delivery and quality control. • Maintain inventory of promotional items (e.g., branded merchandise, giveaways). • Process orders, track stock levels, and get quotes to replenish as needed. • Provide support for events and conferences by developing compelling marketing material, and coordinating the delivery of display booth items and giveaways. • Day-to-day oversight of digital asset management. • Assist with market, industry and competitive analyses. • Contribute creative ideas to various marketing initiatives. • Complete other marketing tasks such as proofing and special projects as needed.
• Effectively lead and manage recruitment and administration team. • Develop recruitment plan with leadership and sales to target and prioritize recruitment areas including expansion opportunities. • Direct Provider Development Managers and staff to meet targeted recruitment goals. • Act as liaison between Network Development and various Dominion administrative departments. • Responsible for provider compliance with state and federal regulations. • Oversees complaint processes and procedures. • Maintain current knowledge of industry and technical issues through participation in seminars, workshops and publications. • Identify and recruit providers as necessary to ensure the development of a provider network compliant with CMS network adequacy and other entity requirements. • Coordinate with Actuarial, Finance and the Senior Team the review and development of provider fee schedules that will help ensure the growth of Dominion National’s provider network. • Ensure provider demographic and rate related information is captured and properly loaded in all Dominion systems consistent with company policy. • Recruit, manage/oversee the training of new employees, as well as developing and applying appropriate policies and procedures for Network Development activities, including compliance. • Direct the ongoing operations of the Provider Network, including the development of reports to measure the overall functioning of the department to ensure adherence to all performance metrics. • Participate in the evaluation, recruitment, and management of vendors for specialized services. • Participate and represent department in cross-functional standing committees as requested. • Monitor daily performance of staff to ensure adherence to all performance metrics and promptly identify necessary corrective actions. • Build strong relationships with providers. • Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Description Base pay is influenced by several factors including a candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and anticipated contributions to meet the needs of the business, along with internal pay equity and external market driven rates. The salary range displayed has not been adjusted for geographical location. Dominion National, a rapidly growing and leading provider of dental and vision benefits, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Claims Service Specialist. The Claims Specialist will investigate claims, determine liability, and review information related to claims to ensure resolution of claims concerns and inquiries. The Claims Specialist is also responsible for reviewing dental claims after they are submitted to make sure that the proper filing procedures have been followed. Responsibilities and Qualifications - Process claims accurately in accordance with the claims processing system and other department guidelines. - Investigate and resolve claim concerns; reverse and reprocess claims as necessary. - Respond to specialized claims inquiries from patients and providers. - Determine liability as it relates to COB claims. - Review provider and/or member status to determine eligibility, participation, primacy, and correct reimbursement level, which may include re-pricing. - Ensure that appropriate follow-up to claims inquiries/requests is complete and timely. - Maintain current knowledge of Claims policies and procedures. - Perform other work-related duties as assigned. Skills: - Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet time sensitive deadlines and organize workload with general supervision. - Knowledge of Dental Terminology (preferred). - Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook. - Skills needed: Strong problem, analytical, project management, well-developed communication skills and organizational ability. Able to meet deadlines. Experience: - Minimum two years in dental or claims experience, to include claims processing. Education and Certifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (required) - Associate degree (preferred). • Design algorithms and query logic to create data sets based on end user requirements • Build disruption lists by comparing datasets and identifying target opportunities for recruiting • Create geographical access reports using Quest to demonstrate coverage adequacy • Present insightful summaries with recommendations that include key themes, trends, and results to internal and external stakeholders • Coordinate, publish and maintain weekly/monthly report schedules • Analyze provider network and utilization by members; responsible for producing reports to ensure enterprise is compliant with ACA and other regulatory agencies, as well as client network adequacy and access requirements • Complete quarterly and annual GEO Access reporting requirements for internal and external clients, as well as ad hoc reporting • Develop network recruiting recommendations for leased network partners in order to maintain optimal network strength • Be source of truth for provider network questions (e.g., annual network size; ad hoc requests for network strength/size; comparison of Dominion network to competitors, etc.) • Coordinator of all network reporting requirements • Design and run quality assurance reports to ensure the integrity of networks within proprietary platform • Ensure that all business deadlines are met according to published Action Plans • Develop visualizations and tracking dashboards that provide real-time insights into provider network performance and growth • Support provider network deliverables across markets by managing and analyzing provider data to support the organization's network operations and strategic objectives • Ensure data integrity, supports provider recruitment and payer requirements, and contributes to cross-functional projects that enhance network processes and performance • Complete other tasks assigned by manager related to reporting/data in the IS Operations framework.

• Develop and implement comprehensive dental and ancillary sales strategies to meet and exceed annual sales targets • Lead, mentor, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, performance management, and professional development opportunities • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and proposal development for both new and existing clients • Lead weekly sales team one-on-ones and team meetings; manage weekly pipeline and dashboard reporting; and participate in extended leadership meetings • Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention • Collaborate with underwriting, product development, and marketing teams to ensure competitive product offerings and effective sales support • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and product enhancement • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in sales activities • Willing to travel (25-50%) as needed throughout assigned sales territory
• Recruit dentists and retain within the network according to established goals and priorities • Conduct follow-up phone calls to dental practices who have requested information, have been nominated by members, or have been targeted as part of a more global recruitment effort • Conduct visits to dental offices in territory through cold calls and appointments • Monitor, analyze and develop strategies for improving network participation and performance • Recruit additional providers to enhance the company's ability to promote a network to current and potential customers • Participate in community events where providers are present (e.g., dental conferences) • Establish relationships with key administrators of new and participating group practices • Negotiate fee schedules with dental practices in accordance with the discounts as required and review for completeness • Work with Manager of Network Development to monitor, analyze and develop strategies for improving network participation • Work with providers to assist with issue resolution (contract disputes, grievances, claims, etc.) as needed • Other duties as assigned
