• Within assigned market and surrounding areas, execute the sales plan through the attainment of merchandizing, expanded SKU distribution, shelf space, promotional execution, displays, coolers and the placement of brand collateral at retail. • Participate in distributor route rides, distributor meetings, market blitzes and local key account calls as required. • Provide ongoing communication on sales, marketing, and executional opportunities with assigned Distributor Partners. • Assist Sales personnel and leadership with other duties as assigned. • Participate in weekly sales performance reviews and planning calls outlining objectives, results, opportunities, and initiatives. • Plan routes with account visits relating with KPIs. • Meet assigned daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI requirements. • Dans le territoire assigné et les zones avoisinantes, exécuter le plan de vente en atteignant les objectifs de marchandisage, d’élargissement de la distribution des SKU, d’espace tablette, d’exécution promotionnelle, de présentoirs, de réfrigérateurs et de mise en place du matériel de marque en magasin. • Participer aux tournées avec les distributeurs, aux réunions des distributeurs, aux blitz de marché ainsi qu’aux rencontres avec des comptes clés locaux, au besoin. • Assurer une communication continue avec les partenaires distributeurs concernant les ventes, le marketing et les opportunités d’exécution. • Soutenir les équipes de ventes et la direction dans diverses tâches connexes, selon les besoins. • Participer aux revues hebdomadaires de performance des ventes et aux appels de planification en présentant les objectifs, résultats, opportunités et initiatives. • Planifier les routes et les visites clients en fonction des indicateurs de performance (KPI). • Atteindre les objectifs de KPI quotidiens, hebdomadaires, mensuels et trimestriels.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years Sales experience in Consumer Goods industry (Beverage or similar), distributor sales, etc.
- Driving position- must be 21 years of age or older, have a valid Driver’s License and pass an MVR screening.
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal/written) with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external contacts.
- Comfortability with daily face to face interaction with customers.
- Ability to conduct presentations and speak publicly to large peer groups.
- For MTL and Quebec City : Bilingual Proficiency Required (English & French - Verbal and written)
