• Collaborating with cross functional teams in order to maintain IAM processes effectiveness across different environments • Understanding Akamai internal systems, data sources, and processes to help stakeholders to consume IAM services • Understanding of IAM landscape especially in onboarding application to Role Management tools • Following IAM domains: single sign-on, privilege access management, directory services, access federation and account lifecycle • Documenting functional, non-functional and technical specifications including KPIs/KCI to measure the effectiveness of business decisions • Working closely with compliance team to address risk and challenges related to IAM domain • Observing market trends in the IAM space and identify opportunities for the further development

• Partner with Software Developers and Architects to ensure security requirements and secure design principles are incorporated into applications, platforms, and services. • Validate security controls during design, development, and implementation phases. • Perform application and platform threat assessments alongside the other members of the team. • Act as the technical lead for Security Incident Response, managing containment, investigation, and remediation activities. • Coordinate technical response efforts across engineering, infrastructure, and third-party partners during security incidents. • Support ongoing security operations activities including monitoring, vulnerability management, and tooling improvements. • Assist with security investigations, root cause analysis, and post-incident documentation. • Contribute to the development and improvement of security standards, procedures, and operational playbooks.

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting security-focused enterprise and commercial organizations • Identify opportunities related to quantum-safe encryption, cybersecurity resilience, and post-quantum readiness • Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CISOs, IT leaders, and executive decision-makers • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing • Collaborate with core sales, engineering, & technical teams to tailor solutions that align with customer security needs • Educate customers on the impact of quantum computing on cybersecurity and encryption • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools • Represent IonQ at industry events, conferences, and client engagements

• Track global market trends, relevant vendors and emerging technologies • Write evidence-based content that is easily consumed, defensible and actionable • Deliver high-quality actionable advice to an executive client audience • Create and deliver presentations for webinars, executive briefings and other client-facing events • Build credibility as a cybersecurity expert representing Gartner Business & Technology Insights • Deliver outstanding sales and service support to retain and grow the Gartner business • Identify research process improvements or develop new processes • Be a mentor and a coach by supporting more junior team members
