• The Software Project Manager will drive the successful execution and delivery of software projects within the Medical Imaging product line. • This role is primarily responsible for managing all stages of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with our organization's strategic goals and the product vision set by the product manager. • This role will use Agile methodologies and technical acumen to lead cross-functional project teams, optimize processes, and deliver high-quality software solutions. • Adapting to emerging technologies and processes, making data-driven decisions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement are a key part of this role.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree + 4-6 years of related experience.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of clinical research industry, artificial intelligence, machine learning, medical device product development and software as medical device (SaMD)
- PMP or Agile certification is highly desirable.
- A strategic thinker who can balance technical requirements with business objectives
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholders, and inspire project teams to achieve exceptional results
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.
