Designer / Project Coordinator

Role Description We’re looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Project Coordinator to support high-volume production design work and help keep signage projects moving smoothly from concept through installation. This role is focused more on execution, accuracy, and coordination than conceptual branding work. The ideal candidate will have strong production design skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously. You’ll support custom signage projects, communicate with clients and internal teams, and manage design requests per day ranging from repeat orders to larger multi-component sign packages. Key Responsibilities - Graphic Design - Create sign designs based on client direction and project requirements - Prepare accurate client proofs for review and approval - Make design revisions quickly and efficiently - Produce production-ready artwork and files - Support overflow production design work as needed - Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all deliverables - Project Coordination - Send proofs and design updates to clients - Follow up on approvals, revisions, and feedback - Track project progress and maintain organized workflows - Help move projects through the approval and production pipeline - Coordinate communication between internal teams, customers, and installers to ensure deadlines are met - Assist with installer communication, customer follow-up, approvals, and pricing coordination - Support smooth execution from design through production and installation Qualifications - 3+ years of graphic design experience - Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (top priority) - Additional Adobe Creative Suite experience, including Photoshop and InDesign - Experience producing accurate, fast-turnaround production design work - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable following direction and executing efficiently - Experience in signage, print production, large-format graphics, or related industries - Client-facing communication experience Nice-to-Have Qualifications - Project coordination or workflow management experience - Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools - Estimating or production workflow knowledge - Experience communicating with installers or production vendors - Ability to read architectural floor plans, site plans, or construction drawings for signage placement Requirements - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST - Compensation: $2,000–$2,500 USD/month - 100% remote work environment - Independent contractor position - This position is only open to candidates residing in Latin American (LATAM) countries - Applications from candidates outside LATAM (including the U.S. and other regions) will not be considered - Resumes must be submitted in English - Applications that do not meet these criteria will be automatically rejected
