Regional Sales Manager, Western Canada
Axis Communications
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and existing customers. • Understand customer business needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions. • Develop and execute a regional business plan to exceed sales targets. • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region. • Schedule and conduct site visits, technical product demonstrations, presentations, and educational events to showcase Axis solutions. • Promote the benefits of Axis solutions to integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users. • Work closely with Technology Partners to deliver customized solutions. • Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars, and other promotional sales activities. • Stay updated on industry trends, participate in educational events, and share insights internally. • Prepare sales reports detailing new and ongoing projects. • Utilize CRM to provide accurate forecasts and reports on activities and pipelines.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; or relevant work experience such as electronic trade training.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Valued, but not required... Previous experience in technology, security, or related industry background.
- Strong technical background with experience in cameras, and computer networks preferred.
- Design application capabilities.
