• Build connections between Watershed and client systems, and configure Watershed to meet each client's goals. • Build and maintain data pipelines and API integrations, and write scripts to create and manage data connections to Watershed. • Use our flexible reporting platform to perform data analysis on complex data sets and build dashboards and reports that help clients understand and act on their data. • Consult with clients on their goals, share knowledge of best practices, and help clients build out their learning data ecosystems. • Provide technical assistance to clients and work closely with the technology team to troubleshoot issues and influence product changes. • Automate repetitive technical workflows to improve efficiency for both clients and the team. • Occasionally contribute updates to Watershed's core product — a much lower priority relative to client-facing and integration work. • Serve as a public-facing representative for the company and product, building rapport with clients and industry partners and identifying opportunities for expansion within existing relationships. • Train clients on how to use Watershed effectively. Familiarity with corporate learning ecosystems is a huge plus — but not a requirement.

• Responsible for enabling efficient, scalable, and data-driven HR service delivery across LTG through ownership of HR systems, workforce reporting, analytics, data governance, and operational process support • Primary administrator for LTG HR systems, including ADP, LMS platforms and related HR technology solutions • Deliver standardised monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages to support workforce planning, strategic decision-making, audits and compliance reporting • Monitor, audit and validate HR data to maintain the integrity, accuracy and consistency of workforce information across HR systems and reporting platforms • Serve as primary administrator and operational owner for LTG's Learning Management System (LMS) and associated learning technologies • Maintain and continuously improve HR process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), governance materials and process controls • Partner with the International Payroll Lead to support payroll governance, reporting, controls and process improvement activities

• Provide operational HR advisory and employee lifecycle support across LTG's international operations • Support delivery of HR operational services across the employee lifecycle • Manage and coordinate employee documentation, contractual changes, and HR systems data • Operate within established HR governance and employee relations frameworks • Support organisational change activity including restructures and workforce changes

• Supports the effective delivery of HR operations across LTG • Provides high-quality employee lifecycle administration • Coordinates payroll and benefits administration activities • Ensures HR processes are delivered accurately, consistently and in line with established policies • Maintains accurate employee records and documentation • Conducts data validation and quality assurance activities • Coordinates employee benefit administration activities • Prepares and distributes recurring HR operational reports

• Maintain and evolve the core Ruby on Rails ecosystem • Navigate architectural complexity and fix critical issues • Ensure seamless integration of features written in Kotlin, Ruby, and TypeScript • Collaborate with the Voyager Team to deliver high-quality software

• Maintain and optimize a Ruby on Rails monolith • Develop REST APIs in Kotlin or Java • Ensure seamless feature integration in the platform • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects • Solve critical issues and improve system architecture

• Partner with the Business Consultant regarding EEO, Affirmative Action, and workforce analytics strategies. • Utilize proprietary software to generate standard or custom reporting which analyzes employer workforce, hiring, promotion, termination and compensation trends and other government reporting (EEO-1 & VETS). • Strategize with internal and external clients concerning regulatory, business and industry best practices. • Engage with OFCCP, EEOC and other industry organizations. • Analyze data sets for completeness and accuracy, while documenting discrepancies. • Ensure the consistency, integrity and accuracy of data across all client files. • Execute defined checks and balances and formulate additional client specific validation points. • Synthesize information and provide recommendations to the Project Team. • Follow established Data Analytics processes and procedures. • Maintain project documentation including project calendars, project notes, and time tracking. • Collaborate with Project Team regarding project status, risk, and opportunities. • Recommend process improvement, solutions and procedural changes internally.

• Combine software and systems engineering in a cloud environment to help build and run large-scale, distributed and fault-tolerant systems • Deliver eLearning services to over a thousand clients, comprising almost 4 million users worldwide • Using scripting, automation and Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) to continuously improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of applications and services deployed on AWS • Performance tuning and configuration of MySQL, Linux system and application parameters supporting highly concurrent web stacks • Configure and manage systems through code using configuration management and IaC templating software such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef, etc. • Providing top tier support to issues escalated from the Customer Success support team and interface with development teams to hand-off application issues • Engaging with development teams on the design, deployment, capacity needs and operations of microservices • Install and troubleshoot learning management systems including Moodle™ along with related plugins, modules, and 3rd party configurations • Providing advanced technical support to clients via email, phone, or other methods by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding support team through appropriate steps to provide the best possible customer experience • Documenting procedures and share knowledge base articles throughout problem resolution and architecture development processes • Monitoring the availability, performance and health of production systems in support of meeting service level objectives using monitoring systems such as Icinga, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpsGenie and PagerDuty • Participating in emergency incident response on-call rosters • Practicing blameless postmortems that lead to improvements in resiliency and reductions in alert fatigue

• Review large datasets (in the order of several thousand rows) within Excel or Google Sheets, examining records on a line-by-line basis. • Open, review, and interpret supporting PDF documentation, including customer records and invoices, and reconcile their contents against corresponding system entries. • Identify and correct discrepancies, missing information, duplicate records, and other data quality issues, in line with documented procedures. • Escalate ambiguous, unusual, or out-of-scope cases to the project lead for review. • Maintain accurate and timely records of work completed, changes made, and outstanding items, to support project tracking and reporting. • Deliver consistent quality and productivity throughout the duration of the engagement.
