• Provide support for operational HR routines, ensuring the organization, compilation and monitoring of information related to internal surveys, performance evaluations and corporate forms • Support recruitment processes for operational positions by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews and organizing candidate information, always under the guidance of the responsible HR professional • Maintain a high level of organization, accuracy and adherence to deadlines—especially in a predominantly remote work environment—ensuring the reliability of information and contributing to the smooth flow of HR processes
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in operational HR activities
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in a related field (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration)
- Basic knowledge of HR processes
- Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes for operational positions
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills (data organization, filters, simple formulas)
- Familiarity with online form tools (Google Forms or similar)
- Understanding of confidentiality and ethical handling of employee information
- Basic corporate written communication skills
- Experience working remotely, managing deadlines and communicating virtually is a plus

Role Description The Human Resource Administrator is responsible for maintaining the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to unemployment.
