Full Stack Developer – Back-End
Paschoalotto
• Develop and maintain end-to-end applications, working on both frontend and backend with a focus on quality, performance, and security. • Support the Tech Lead in the technical analysis of requests, contributing to the definition of scope, risks, dependencies, and technical impacts. • Remove technical and access blockers (environment, permissions, integrations, cross-team dependencies). • Handle ad-hoc interactions with internal requesters to clarify technical questions and align expectations when necessary. • Serve as the technical bridge between development, systems/product analysts, and QA to ensure a shared understanding of requirements. • Assist in defining technical solutions together with the Tech Lead, following architectural standards and best practices. • Ensure efficient integration between systems, APIs, and databases. • Apply and promote best practices for code, version control, testing, and security. • Help the team resolve more complex technical problems. • Monitor application performance and contribute to optimizations and continuous improvement. • Ensure delivery quality in collaboration with QA, supporting root-cause analysis and fixes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Programming logic and development best practices;
- API and services development;
- Programming languages (.NET, C#, PL/pgSQL);
- Frontend development (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Angular 7+, JavaScript);
- Relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, Elasticsearch, etc.);
- Code versioning (Git, GitFlow);
- SOLID principles and Clean Code;
- Software testing (unit and automated tests).
- Desirable:
- Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns;
- Experience in technical analysis of scope and impact;
- Familiarity with observability and application monitoring;
- Basic knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD;
- Experience with system and environment integrations;
- Knowledge of information security applied to software development;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
